Try ebay, or ask GW or a friend if they have any old ones. I think GW used to sell empty ones.

Just use the normal paint pots when their empty or look around a local store for small air-tight containers?

Damm you digital camera, without ye we would all have many small plastic camera film pots within which to mix paint in and store!

Seriously though this is what I alway have used but these are many years old. Can you still buy instamatic film or indeed the pots they come in?

Failing that i'm sure other model paint lines will sell empty pots even if GW doesn't.

Better than using Reaper's eyedroppers and agitators, only to have small unexplainable rustflakes and clogged nozzles

But all seriousness: GW's paint pots are fantastic for cleaning them out and reusing. Vallejo/Reaper/Privateer's stuff make a ridiculous amount of mess when trying to do the same.
