Well my Kann Wall is almost complete and I have enough boyz to play a Green Tide also. Maybe some more lootas but hey more boyz more lootas are a given lol. I now have to decide between CSM or SOB. I like the CSM mega force. Seems like a solid starting point. Now SOB no one plays them at my local shop. Being that they are metal I can see why. I kind of like being different as no one played a Kann wall when I started and 6 of my 9 are all metal. I also want a competitive army, but fluff is nice also. Any help is appreciated.

Both Sisters and Chaos are really competitive. Sisters are all about mechanized melta guns, and acts of faith making AP1 flamers and the like. Chaos is competitive too, but too many people rely on the lash prince/plague marine/obliterator combo.

Rumors are saying that Inquisition forces will get new releases in the next year or so, but I'd take that with a grain of salt as much as anyone else. Which army would you have more fun painting and converting? That's a better question to ask yourself.

Well sisters have great models. Metal is tough to work with but Chaos I would just be one of many att the local shop. Guess I willl read the Witch Hunters codex then to get a better idea of what to play. Thanks for the good questions I should be asking myself.
