Hey there everyone. Figured with summer coming up, I'd put up pictures of what I have for my guard regiment and use your critques and comments as motivation for finishing up what I don't have done.

Commander

Commissars(Junior and full)

Veteran Squad: Been working on the conversion for these mostly.

Not all the happy with the extended coats, but I'll probably redo some of them.

Storm Troopers: Death Korp

So let me know what you think! And yes I know none of them are based, I don't intend to base them, not a big fan of bases. Though i'm not closed to the idea of it.

The pants and extended coats on the regular guardsmen don't look right. They look like children's snow-pants because they're so big and puffy.
While I'm no greenstuff expert, I'd suggest removing whats there, and re-doing it. Try using less (significantly less) until you have a small coat over the existing legs, then sculpt wrinkles and folds into them. Of course, I'm assuming you're after a baggier fit, like vietnam-era combat fatigues. Maybe armor plates on the front of the thighs. Gotta protect that femoral artery after all.

Thin your paints, drill your gun barrels, remove all mold lines. The Emperor wills it.
