I don't understand what you want. Looking at the picture, it seems pretty straight forward. Primer white, basecoat light grey, and highlight the grey with white/grey mix. Line with pure white. Ink or careful wash the recesses with dark grey and clean up any "mess" with basecoat. Kneecaps are white with dark grey lettering.

Gold could be done with brown base and yellow drybrush or tinbits base with gold drybrush depending on your preference.

Thanks, sorry, but I should've explained that I'm quite new to the game, I've painted 2 airplanes which turned out like crap before and that's about it. So, thanks for the help. What type of red is the shoulder pads?

Mechrite red should work.

Hay Iron snakes armour is gun metal colour, so what I would go for is basecoat in Boltgun Metal, badad black wash, Highlight in Methril silver and watered down Asurmen blue wash over the armour.
Hope that helps

here's the scheme that ive been using on my own Iron Snakes:

The way i did this was to spray a black primer coat then basecoat in Boltgun Metal. for the gold parts, i painted light coats of shining gold over the boltgun. The red knee was done in Scab Red over the boltgun as well.

The shoulders: the white part, i went with a basecoat of Astronomicon Grey, then thin layers of Skull white, with the edge being done in scab red.

over all the metal colored bits, i used Asurmen Blue wash, followed by washing the entire mini in Badab Black. To finish up, i did a couple streaks of boltgun metal over "highlighted" areas. The eyes were done with Enchanted Blue, with a bit of Ice blue over that.

Thanks, but this will be my first army, so could you try to find something similar but simpler. I know you probably think it is already really simple but I'm trying to get it down to:
1 Primer: Black Spray
1 Basecoat: Boltgun Metal/Astronomicon Grey
1 Wash: Asurmen Blue/Badab Black
3 Main Colors: Scab Red/Skull White/(Chaos Black?)

So could you help me decide between everything? Also what brushes should a new painter get? Do you use GW paints?
