Death threats and such are being made vs democrats over health care, the justification is that these are extremists doing these acts...

Yet... in Islam, it is also the extremists who do the same thing, declaring "death to (fill in the blank)" and what not...

The question is... are our cultures that different?

Is it because americans/some others, are not able to step back and see the comparison of extremists for what it is due to being to emotionally involved in the subject at hand?
