Can a Furioso Librarian use the Wings of Sanguinius if immobilised, because the way the rules are now nothing prohibits him. If per say the rule said he moves as jump infantry if normally allowed to then it would be ok but the way it is now he can by RAW.
So waddaya think Dakka?

No, "inmobilised" means that you can't move, Wings of Sanguinius allow you to move "as" jump infantry, so, you can move 30cm IF you can move. I don't see where is the confusion here.

I didn't say anyone would play it that way, unless they have a bad case of TFG, but it is possible because you move as jump infantry regardless of what you are infantry, walker or immobilised walker all i'm saying is GW missed a sentence and messed up another rule. All hail.

No, you cannot move at all if you are immobilized. Moving as jump infantry does not override this.

But the immobilised rules are in the Rulebook whyle the Wings are in a codex and we all know specific rules take priority, i believe this one to be another case of bad RAW.

No, they allow you to move as.

this does not override the specific prohibiotion: you may not move *at all*

May not move > may move as jump infantry
