Anyone know anything about the layout and/or territories of the city? I need to know alittle about for fluf. I've already read the lexicanum article, so dont point me there.

I don't think there's ever been much said about it. About the best I could do is point you towards The DE Codex (which has some vague pictures) or direct you to the (horrible) book Warrior Coven which ends up taking place on Commoragh for a fair chunk of it.

The basic gist seems to be lots of spires, 'pleasure temples' that are apparently quite large, lots of coliseums and perhaps some large wasteland stretches. Frankly there is no real fluff on it so you really could just create whatever you wanted and it's not like anyone could gainsay you with hard evidence.

The fluff behind DE is very rudimentary.
A new codex (when it ever will come out) should fix this gap.

The city is the same as every "dark skinned elven race".. Read about Drow from D&D, or DE from WFB.. probably even mordor would work

Dark eldar have like 1 picture and 1 page of fluff.. you wont get anything official out of that

Check out the pic in the DE section of the BGB. That I believe is supposed to be Commoragh. Looks like a fun place to go on holidays...

I've always imagined Commorragh to be similar to Coruscant (Star Wars),only much darker and "spikey".

the picture diddn't look like there was even a definite up and down, just alot of buildings inter locking like spider webs

It is a construct in the webway, what do you expect. It was built directly after the fall, as a base for DE pirates, the DE's equivalent of a craftworld.

I think the picture in the BRB looked accurate enough.
