I am starting a WoC army and suddenly started doubting if a character with mark of Tzeentch would be able to join a unit of Chaos Warriors with mark of Slaanesh. Pretty sure they cant, but I cant find it anywhere in the army book. Help would be greatly appreciated.

They can. They couldn't in the previous book.
It's completely unfluffy, I know, but they can.
