Not sure if this is for friendly play or competitive play? if it's for competitive your going to have a rough time. All the small arms fire is going to pour on the Seer council while all the long range is going to. at the very minimum. keep your Falcons shaken. Your fielding 1500pts worth and only giving your opponent 5 targets.

Totally agree with the bluedagger, if You will take this army against any horde army, You will have a very rough time, also if You will be the second Your opponent will have the time to blast You to pieces .
