my question is about inducted IG
it(the codex: DH) says i may take 1 Lemun Russ battle tank as Heavy support.
does that mean the Lemun russ with the battle cannon OR any Lemun Russ in the IG codex
RAW: i think it means the battle cannon one
RAI: i thing i should take any Lemun russ i wan't
any thoughts?

R.A.W. you cannot take any Leman Russes since theentry in the codex is now a Leman Russ squadron. I believe the INAT says you can take the basic Russ variant however.
Edit: At the end of the day, you need to figure out with your opponents what they are okay with. In a tournament as the TO naturally, but I would be okay with you taking any single Russ model you want.

This is actually covered in GW's Imperial Guard FAQ. You can take a single, standard Russ, as it says in the DH and WH codexes. You can't take any of the variants.

True, but that doesn't change the RaW, which is No Leman Russ at all.

That's your opinion of RAW. It's not the universal view, and never was.
The DH codex says you can take a single Russ. The IG FAQ says you can take a single Russ. That's good enough for the vast majority of players.
