stormtroopers arent any good and vets do job better and whats this "metsästää tankkeja" means so alien word riders too are near useles and you could fit some chimeras for some rapid deploimment

Never heard of Inquisitional Storm Troopers? They are from Codex Daemonhunters and they are much better (and cheaper) than Imperial Guard veterans.
And by the way I have 5 Chimeras in my army so what's your point?

I agree with the sentiment about ACs being better than HBs. 12" longer range and they'll help to do some damage to transports before they charge towards you.
