As April is almost upon us, we'll be seeing the Blood Angels pile out in waves in the next few weeks. Also, the Honored Imperium set. Very exciting.

May will be bringing some more O&G for fantasy, including (rumored) Boar Boyz, Trolls, and metal snotlings.

June will be devoted to Spearhead, is the word, including new tank sets:
-"Several" Eldar sets including the now confirmed Nightspinner, rumored all-plastic Fire Prism, and others(?)
-New IG tanks including the remaining Leman Russ variants, Deathstrike, and Manticore
-Mega-nobz for Orks
-New terrain pieces

After that, what is on the horizon? We've heard 8th edition of Fantasy, Dark Eldar now for 40k. anyone hearing more information?

That's great! I glad they're redoing some of the old bad looking models (meganobz, snots, boar boyz). Can you tell me what exactly is a Nightspinner?

This is more of a long-term thing, but according to recent intelligence we can expect to see the Necrons re-released this winter. Expect to see:
-new Codex
-redesigned special rules (WBB and Phase Out)
-New HQ choices
-New Troops choice
-all plastic Tomb Spyder
-all plastic Immortals
-some sort of new MC referred to as "Necromancer"
-possible resculpt of Paraihs
-possible new tank/vehicle unit

Not all of these things have been officially confirmed yet.

There's like 6 threads about this already, so what's probably coming is a thread lock, but anyway...
Haven't heard anything about any Ork or terrain models, where did you get that from? Also, the Deathstrike/Manticore is a combined kit. Fire Prism is also confirmed. 3rd Eldar kit is rumoured to be a Support Weapon kit.

It was floating around the Spearhead threads. The first rumor said Traks and Buggies, but it was later supplanted by word of Mega-armored Nobz (Elite orkz, actually, but the presumption was....).

the Terrain features was in the same thread I believe.

I was hoping for some confirmation. As we're seeing bits of the Dark Eldar info flow out, I was hoping we'd have something grow more solid on the Spearhead releases. Particularly from some of the companies that ship GW merchandise, and may receive pricing codes well in advance.

If you are interested in news and rumours, why not read the threads yourself?
I know that starting a weekly "tell me the news" thread seems easier, but it is spamming this subforum with non-information and selfishly undermining its usefullness.

More Rogue Trader books.

My new favorite reading material.

That new Dark Heresy book is off the charts cool. The Vindicar Assasin is my new favorite superhero.

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money.

Isn't Warhammer Fantasy Battle 8 (is it 8, I forget) was the big release for the summer.

Not to offend, but I agree with this. Better descriptions in the subject heading would really help readers to distinguish from constantly reading the same news repeatedly. Not just this thread, but overall. Maybe list the month or particular army?

By all means, lock it. Apparently there is little appreciation here for a consolidated rumor thread, which was my intent. It's obviously more exciting to sieve through 60 pages of whining to find a nugget.

It seems no one has heard anything beyond my initial post anyways.
