Ok, so basically I was wondering if Valkyries could still outflank while carrying vets, because I know they can deep strike carrying units, so, in my mind it would make sense they can outflank as well. I was just wondering if this was possible since I couldn't find anything in rules otherwise. Please let me know what is correct or not... Also if it is in the rules somewhere just let me know where. Thanks.

Yes, as it is the Valkyrie using its outflank ability and the vets are just along for the ride.

You sure you can deep strike with valks and vendettas? Ive never heard of that before and havent seen it said anywhere in the codex. The only thing i see is that it has the scout and outflank abilities.

Pages 56 and 101, under special rules. Deep Strike, Scout, Grav Chute Insertion.

Ok. thanks everyone. I do have just one more question... Now, with stormtroopers, you can give them the scout ability, right, but let's say you give them a dedicated transport, like a chimera, do they then give that ability to their transport as well?

I think so, but they must be aboard it when it does. Or is that Outflank? Erm, Give me a sec and I'll see if i can look it up.

Have a look at the Scout and Infiltrate USR - specifically stated there exactly what transports it can apply to.

If anyone gives you a hard time about this, ask them to show you a Tactical Marines Deep Strike rule...
