G'day all...

Last week a mate of mine was crashed into by a car while riding his motor bike. The silly bugga must have been thinking about those Battle Sisters instead of paying attention to the road!! His leg is smashed up really bad too. So bad he would have lost it if not for the bike pants he was wearing (wear a helmet you Americans!!).

Anyway, he got me back into collecting 40k (Eldar) and he started SW. I also got him into motorbikes so I feel kinda bad for his accident. So, I was thinking of making him a diorama of a space wolf standing next to a SM Bike only having a cyborg leg. Thing is thats about all I can think of right now. Im not keen on having a mini ON the bike though.

My question is, what would help with this idea?

Some things to work with are:
My mate is a BIG guy. Like, broad shoulders big (with a bit of gut).
He has a black beard.
Dudes like 24yo.
Loves his wolves (the doggies, but also the SM SW's).
Diorama will have its background too. What, Im not sure.

i was thinking this:

SW (with cyborg leg) crashes his bike, which is,like, really well decorated and all that. so its broken-ish and the paintwork is scratched and all that, so the SW is kneeling next to it sobbing with a wolf next to him. bit vague but oh well

Truescale Marine, SM bike, Iron Hands bionic leg. Paint it all as space wolves.

Sounds pretty good Dark except for the sobbing SM bit. Maybe the same idea but laying next to his bike shooting the enemy? (last stand sort of look?)

The truescale marine is something I would like to do. Also, he might make a good Termie but they dont ride bikes... doh.

Green stuffing a beard will be fun.

EDIT: Thanks for the Iron Hands tip. Had a look at the box set and has some nifty bits to choose from. I also need some plastic SM's as I only have Eldar. Ill have to find a proper head though... hmm.

There is a old SW wolf guard model that has a beard and bionic leg.
But you'll have to e-bay that one (it's oop)
