Why do Wolf Guards get considered a Troop Choice when in a Army with Logan Grimnar?

because thats one of his rules?

Ok there are always models like this in a codex. i think. for example. Like with Dark Angels, If you take Belail the Commander of the Deathwing, it is because Belail is in the Deathwing. So elite Deathwing can now become troop choices. so it is kind of like that commander is taking his own army into battle.

SSSSSOOOOOOOOOOO, I don't know much about the Space Wolves but I take it that Logan Grimnar used to be a wolf guard and so when you take him into battle you take his own army.

At least so i think. about 90% sure

John, it's kinda accepted practice that any SM commander was a terminator/uber elite

I said why because I have read through the Codex and it doesn't say this anywhere, or atleast where I have looked so far...Have not read EVERY single page.

Go back, read every page, then realize what a bad question this is. More specifically go read Logan's entry on page 82 and then look down to the little box in the bottom right of his entry. That should clear things up a lot.

On page 82 in the little box called The Great Wolf
On page 83 under Canis is the Wolf King that with him the Wolves become Troops

I'm sorry for the flame, but honestly I don't understand why people ask a question that would be solved simply by spending more time reading their codex...
