The CD DP wings cost almost your base cost... the CD DPs are not as tough as CSM DP or GUO, they won't rush more ahead than other MCs, so wings are not that necessary.

They do cost way too much for what they give you. Considering they will be deepstriking regardless of whatever happens, wings dont give me any sort of overall defense or offense, other than moving me 12' each turn, which is nice. We are both in love with bolters that ignore armor saves, as well as everything else that will come from the tally. anyway what should i put points into from taking off the wings?

I would give the DP armer and moxius touch and cloud of flies and any points left over pay for instraments for the plaguebeaers also you should take nurglings they are very funny when the tally gets going.

gotta admit. Once you start your first turn adn get firing your gonna cause some serious damage...
I'd also give the Daemon Princes Daemonic Gaze. Purely to soften some squads up before you charge. and to get some tally points AND when the tally is high enough. those bad boys will ignore armour saves :-D

Yeah. this is a potentially sick list (pun intended).
Get some play testing down before you do any real competitions with the list.
