He's a few things to think about...
Farseer: You have guide which will be good for the Bladestorms, but no doom which is needed even more then guide is statistically. Fortune is great, but you need to think about what this Farseer's role is a focus on that. Runes of Warding is a priceless upgrade, for 15pts you give all enemy psykers the finger.
Autarch: Nice close combat loadout, but your focus on his role seems a little off. With the wings he doesn't really fit in with anything else in your army and solo he'll be gunned down before he can even think of CCing anything. DA cata on him isn't worth shooting compared to running those extra inches to get in close combat.
Harlies: If harlies are on foot they will be slow getting to their target and without a Shadowseer they are sitting ducks. Also, 6 harlies probably won't put out enough attacks to kill it's target before it has a chance to attack back. If the enemy gets to attack back, harlies will die a pitiful death.
Fire Dragons in a Serpent: Tried and true, can't really go wrong
Scorps: A big gamble on foot, if you roll good on infiltrate and get the board side with enemies near it they are deadly. If your opponent is smart though he'll stay at least 12" from the board edges with anything scorps can't hurt though.
DA Bladestorm Serpents: Great scoring unit, but remember if your taking on Space Marines or similar armies then bladestorm without Guide AND Doom will fail you pretty badly due to armor saves.
Guardians: Assuming they are a fire base seer for your Wraithlords. Remember they are Ldr 8, so if you take a blast to them all you need to do is lose 3 guys and they will run away 28% of the time. At T3 with a 5+ save that is REALLY easy to accomplish and if the unit is caught in close combat it is dead.
Warps Spiders: These I can't comment on as I've never used.
Prism: A single Fire Prism will fail you pretty hard. You have a 66% chance to scatter off your intended target. If you take two you can combine beams to if you a Twin Link s10 ap1 SB or Twin Link s6 ap3 LB which actually makes them worthwhile.
Wraithlords: taking a pair is a good idea as it splits the "OMG KILL IT KILL IT" hate. The loadout though isn't optimal. If your going with a Wraithsword then go with just the Wraithsword to keep a nice cheap 100pts and use the shooting phase to help run their slow butts to Close Combat where they need to be. If going shooty lords take EML and BL so now you have two shots of anti-tank heavily increasing the odds it'll actually dmg something for only 25pts more. Figure out what you wnat it's role to be and go that route.
Hope some of the pointers help you out.

Well he pretty much hit everything on the head. Put Doom on the Farseer, and streamline your Autarch, I like where he was going, but he got a little expensive. Maybe another farseer for the points?
For the huge price of Harlies with their weapons you could add an entire Dire Avenger squad exarch and all, that's a more useful unit on foot, and more bodies. Maybe even cheaper also.
In the Wave Serpent, I really like Scatter Lasers, they have decent range, and a heck of a lot of attacks. It's nice if you're rolling doom on some huge squad of infantry nearby. Good str to boot as well. Automatically Appended Next Post: Guardians also do fall apart soooo incredibly fast its not even funny. I'd avoid using them unless you're just trying to cram tons of bodies in the front to give cover saves behind them or something.

The purpose of argument is informative discourse, not to see who finishes in front.
