Hello all,

I am just wondering what the most powerful army book lore is according to the DakkaDakka fans?

Please include your reasoning.

You forgot the daemon lores!

But I have to say Khemri. allright, maybe not the most poerful, but absolutely most reliable and annoying one!

Dark Magic. All those hyper aggressive missile spells, and Word of Pain is ridiculously good against any army that excels in CC, namely my Lizardmen.

I'd say TK Incantations are probably second. Like was said, not all that powerful per se, but when used correctly, ultra effective. As a dedicated miscaster, I can appreciate that.

Wait, almost forgot the greatest of them all....GUT MAGIC!!!

I voted for Khemri. It may not be the most powerful at first, but all bound spells, gotta love me some guaranteed magic calculation.

You forgot some Lores:

-Lore of Athel Loren (Wood Elves)
-Spells of Plague (Skaven)
-Spells of Ruin (Skaven)
-Lore of Tzeentch (Daemons of Chaos)
-Lore of Nurgle (Daemons of Chaos)
-Lore of Slaanesh (Daemons of Chaos)
-Gut Magic (Ogre Kingdoms)

Overall, I'd probably have to say the Daemon Lore of Tzeentch is the strongest Lore. Almost every Spell is useful (Glean Magic against an army without Magic being the exception). The first Spell (Flickering Fire of Tzeentch) is a very good Spell, which is very important for lower level Wizards.

Other strong Lores are:
-Lore of Dark Magic
-Spells of Ruin
-Lore of the Vampires

I am surprised at only 1 vote for the Lore of Nurgle, it seems to have very powerful magic with low casting values, and only 1 is a remains in play?

I'd have to say vampire magic, if you pull some of those spells off at the right time it can give you a serious advantage.
