So heres my question with the sanguinars blessing it says that you randomly select one srg to recieve the super bonus so what would be a tounarment santafied way of doing this pulling numbers out of a hat rolling dice or you choose?

I may have mis-read but I don't think it's random; you get to choose a Sergeant to grant the bonus to.
