Just a quick thought I had for a 2500 IG list. Tell me what you think, I can't call this army well thought out but the tactics are fairly simple.
Attach the lords to the Ogryn squads, maybe they need carapice... anyways, move the line to where it needs to be, shred baddies with ogryn guns from chimeras, throw demo charges as exposed baddies, shoot melta guns at stuff, use the eradicator squadron to inflict mass wounds, battle tank some stuff... yeah. Go nuts guys, optimize away and try to keep the theme going!

Drop the Ogryn and the commisioners and use the extra points to get more vet squads, a CCS and LMBT's.
If you get rid of those you have about 800 points to spend.

I said keep the theme, not drop 1/3 of the army. I could see dumping one, but killing the entire idea is counterproductive. I assume you're new to this.

Melta CCS > Commissar Lords
Vendettas > Ogryns
LR Demolisher > LR Eradicator

With leftover points, toss in some extras. Inquisitor Lord is valuable, since you won't need more than one CCS.

Needs a lot of work to be competitive, but if you are going for softer games, this list will be fine.

This definately is not a competitive list, just a big one. That being said I know it can be stronger. I really like ogryn, and have 14 of them that never see the table so I wrote this list just to include them. The Commissar lords seem pretty manditory to 1/1 with ogryn because stubborn ld6 is still just ld6.

Fun list, I wouldn't play it but it looks like fun.

Lord commissars are the way to go, with the stupendous ruling that command squads give up 2 kp's.

How about dropping one unit of Ogryns and one Lord Commissar? You've still got your beloved red-headed stepchild in the army, but you can spend 370 points on a Good chimera command squad and a vendetta, or a CCS and a veteran squad, or a veteran squad and vendetta, you get the idea.

Apart from that, looks fine. All your LR variants are 5 points overcosted though, I think you've treated the HF as a +5 pt upgrade.

NO DONT DITCH ANY OGRYN THEY AREN'T ACTUALLY THAT BAD! i like them but might i suggest yarrick? put the chimeras close together and one squad will be fearless and another sqaud will be stubborn and 10 ld. Yarrick and 3 ogryn (ALL I HAVE) has worked well for me before.
