Even though I had a huge 2 weeks of cramming for Adepticon, inspiration hit this long weekend and I got started on my Bloodthirster. So far so good, got him done from the waist down. Thought I'd share some pics.

Still working on getting the best pics possible. The front view turned out amazing, the other 3 are still a bit grainy due to auto-focusing on something further in the backfield.

Red - 1) GW - Scortched Brown
2) Reaper - Bloodstain Red
3) GW - Baddab Black Wash in the recesses (not whole plate)
4) Reaper - Bloodstain Red for touchups
5) 50% Reaper - Bloodstain Red/ 50% Reaper - Clotted Red (this comes up a chalky red that seems almost pink)
6) Reaper - Carnage Red - this is painted over everything I did in step 5 and really starts to make things bright
7) 50% Reaper - Clotted Red/ 50% Vallejo - Carmine Red
8) Vallejo - Carmine Red

Metal - 1) GW - Tin Bitz
2) Vallejo - Bronze
3) Vallejo - Brass
