I realy want to make something diffrent, so i decided to make a waagh lord, an ork obove a warboss. but im not sure wat model to use

, can anyone give me some ideas or pics. i want it to be about the size of a deff dread but i dont want him in power armour.

Try using the giant model from fantasy if you want to go HUGE, or maybe the upper body of a soulgrinder.

Slightly less huge i would advise one of the trolls from hordes or maybe an ogre from ogre kingdoms in fantasy.

Im using a giant for another Orky prodject

Unless your great at sculpting i strongly urge you to make him a cybork and use bits from the new dred or kans kits, purely to cut down on the area's of muscle you need to sculpt.

Im going to take my time with it, so im to build up the muscle slowly so any mistakes can be rendered without making the model look like its been crushed under i titen. im more of a modler/painter so im in no rush to get it on a gameing board.

If you don't mind using a non-GW model, you could use a WarMachine Warjack as a base.

I've always wanted to make a Warboss using one.

They recently released them in plastic too, making converting it easy!

This guy is a Juggernaut. If you replace the head with a suitably orky helmet or head, and add some glyphs and a pair of big shootas, he could very easily be fielded as a Deff Dred!

I strongly suggest the Trolls from Warmachine as well, if you wana go a fleshy boss.

Though the thought of an orky Warmachine Jack as a Deff Dread or a Killa Kan is interesting.

Im definetly going to use him, but as a nob body guard or warboss. he looks awsum.
