I'm looking to build a Vortex Support Missile for my Reaver, to be mounted on the carapace. I'm a bit stuck on what to use for it though, as I cannot scratch build to save my life, therefore I'm thinking of using some sort of missile system from another model range, such as a SAM launcher.

I've had a look already and I've found this
http://www.revell.com/model-kits/military/85-7852.html
although I think simply mounting the missile on the carapace mount would look a bit slap-dash and imcomplete, also I'm wondering if that missile would be big enough.

Can anyone help me find a suitable model for this? There are a few criteria it has to fulfill

1: No scratchbuilding using plasticard, foam etc
2: Has to be suitably big enough.

Thanks,

Valkyrie

Have you considered a model fore either an ICBM (should fit perfectly), or a space-faring rocket such as the Saturn V?

Here's a few examples:

Titan II ICBM

saturn V

A Squeaky Waaagh!!

Camkhieri: "And another very cool thing, my phones predictive text actually gave me chicken as an option after typing robot, how cool is that."'

Meercat: "All eyes turned to the horizon and beheld, in lonely and menacing grandeur, the silhouette of a single Grot robot chicken; a portent of evil days to come."

That Hercules rocket is *exactly* what I had in mind. Thanks for that.
