I dont know if I like your list. I think Bjorn needs the Plasma cannon instead. You should also drop the reg land raider and make the Redeemer a crusader with MM EA. Lucas is WAY TOO MANY points. Drop him and fill out your blood claws to 15 and stick a wolf priest with them, and shove them in the Crusader.
You probably have enough points left to add in a Long fang squad with 5 missiles. Stick Njal in here and use Living Lightning a lot. if you have points left try and squeeze in another gray hunter squad in a razor back. Perhaps drop the wolf guard, or use them to add PF's to your gray hunters, because taking one of them in PA with a fist is cheaper than taking a gray hunter with a fist.
Those are just things that I have found to work well.
