I've read through the codex once so far, I cannot find anything that doesn't seem clear to me so far.
Is this the best edited codex GW has printed?

I found one minor issue... I think in the Sang Guard's upgrade to TDA, it mentions a chalice of blood which doesn't exist.

How about the Sanguinor not having the IC special rule? In all the army photos he is surrounded by Sanguinary Guard but without the IC rule he can't actually join that unit...
Likewise Mephiston and Death Guard Tycho don't have IC either...

Why is it so hard to accept?
I don't think it's suprising if they don't have it.
If GW did goof up then oh well, but I don't think it's that much of a shock that they are of no IC status.
DG Tycho has fleet....what other unit has fleet that he could join to make use of it? No one really... so him running around alone is not that crazy.
Meph...he's not supposed to really...that statline buried in a squad? F no.
Sanguinor: he's not a people person... he comes and goes and isn't the interactive type (crazy fluff-wise)...
If they have no IC, there is still a good reason to have units surround them:
1. Cover Saves
2. Block enemy assaults
3. Benefitting Bubble Wrap with Bubble Buffs.

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

Dude... Seriously? Yes, it is so bug free I felt the need to write a 14 (12 when you remove the Legal and Change-log Page) Page FAQ BEFORE THE CODEX WAS OUT. Automatically Appended Next Post: Mick A wrote:How about the Sanguinor not having the IC special rule? So what? There is nothing wrong with doing that. All that happens is that he can be picked out and doesn't join them, the same way as, say, a Carnifex next to a Gant squad doesn't join the squad.
