10 DA's with Exarch and bladestorm = 147. 152 assuming you want dualcats on the exarch.
I think you'll want Scatter lasers, EML's, or Bright lances on the serpents (I would go with BL personally)
Autarch running solo with a WJG is ok, but I think you could eke out another unit of something for that price.
On the farseer--You're going to want spirit stones so you can guide and doom same turn. You also want both runes in almost any game these days.

I think dropping the Autarch is reasonable considering it's only 1000 points. Beefing up the Farseer, or mega-upgrading to Eldrad is always a good choice. All the special rules Eldrad brings to the table is just phenomenal.
As long as your fire dragons have a transport I agree with using them. I would recommend bright lances on at least one of your transports. Also I always liked Scatter lasers for their high str. and multiple attacks. Especially when you're rolling it with Dire Avengers and that's what they're all about.

Yea. One thing though, if you're running larger games, never put a BL serpent with dragons in it. It becomes public enemy number 1 and will get owned. Make it shurikens or scatter lasers and avoid the psychological effect of a nasty AT unit inside an AT tank.
I don't think Eldrad is needed at 1000 points. I would upgrade those tanks and add runes as you said.

Well, I'd take Serpents with stones and scatter lasers.
More bang for the bucks.
Starcannons are not a must-have, since you have Fire Dragons.
Moreover, I'd replace the Falcon with a Serpent, same equipment as above.
Falcons with your upgrades are almost point less.

Something that was mentioned 2 posts back... You put the dakka in the AT trannie, and the AT guys in the dakka trannie... almost always this is a good plan for playing 'psychehammer' (my version of mathhammer in reverse) because it makes for confused decision making on their part about target priority... so 6 fire dragons in a shurican or scatterlas serpent, 10 bladestormers in a brightlance or EML serpent, etc.
I think everybody has given good advice here... so I'll just echo it, dump the autarch, get some runes, try to squeeze in another squad if you can, or a cheap warwalker? (I am a big fan of cheap warwalkers so maybe I'm biased)

Eldrad is NOT always a good choice. He would provide very little in a 1k mech list. Get a cheap doom seer with RoWard for some psy def or go with a cheap autarch for a reserve denail list.

Eldrad is too expensive at the 1000 pt level.
What you need is a Farseer with both runes and doom, possibly a spear.

Everyone who's given advice so far is completely right, I'll expand on a couple points:
You're spending a lot on HQs, and the autarch is flying solo. Not a good idea, T3 characters are very vulnerable, a canny opponent will target them with S6+ weapons (of which there are tons around) and as soon as you fail one save, bang, instant death. I'd drop the autarch, he's a lot of points for one fusion gun, which is all he really is - not gonna win many combats, thats for sure.
Starcannons, anywhere in the book, are pretty bad. I think they were considered the thing to have back in the previous codex, when they were 3 shots, so they got both cut back and overpriced. Now, with cover and vehicles everywhere in the current rules, scatter lasers are obviously better. Twice as good against light vehicles, near as good against MEQ (and better if they're in cover) and just as good against terminators, since terminators all have 3+ inv saves now.
Falcons are worse than wave serpents, but I assume you've already bought the model - its not a huge difference, but it is worth mentioning. If you're going to use a falcon, take holofields, and (IMO) either an EML, or 2 shuriken cannons.
You're on the right track with dire avengers, fire dragons and a farseer, all in transports, just tweak the weapons and drop the autarch, should be quite a good list.

your going to need a transport for the fire dragons you know first hand from playing my eldar that when they speed around jump out and melt tanks there nasty, and there going to need a trasnport cuz at 1000 pts with the only other units being DE there goign to get shot mate.
drop the autach and beef the farseer up again youve seen mine play think about mind war its good for those really anoying guys that just dont die
star cannons on the serpents are cool but expensive (hence why i only have the one) its a very pricey transport.
and finally lose the falcon there poor and at there points you could have another unit of dragons which have better firepower and tbh better survivabilaty
but youll get there my friend after the initial squishings

I think the falcon was intended for the dragons. However, falcons have become severely nerfed by 5th ed. vehicle move/shoot rules so they are nowhere near as awesome as they used to be. I would put those dragons in a Serpent instead... saves some points, and actually does more bang-for-a-buck than the falcon nowadays. The best gunship available for us nowadays is twin EML + underslung shuricannon serpent, because at least you can fire both weapons, and the force field, although not as nice as holo fields, still makes for a frustrating target.
