I'm a bit confused by this special rule. The entry say the following;

"When in close combat with any enemy with a Ws attribuite, Celestians hit on a 3+ regardless of Weapon Skill values. This advantage dose not apply if the enemy is an independent charater, tyranid monstrous creature or monstrous creature."

Now, does a Ws attribuite mean anyone with a Ws higher than the Sister's (4) Example: Celestians charge Khorne 'zerkerkers (Ws5) and so due to holy hatred hit on 3+'s instead of 5+'s or does it mean is a unit has a special rule or wargear which affects it's Ws Example: Normal CSM's have the icon of Khorne giving them +1Ws. Due to holy hatred they hit on 3+'s instead of 5+'s

Can someone please clear this up for me?

It doesn't matter what their Weapon Skill is. They hit on a 3+ no matter what their enemies WS is unless the enemy is an independent character, tyranid monstrous creature or monstrous creature.

All the WS part of the rule does is stop you hitting non Walkers on a 3+.

Also, WS4 hitting WS5 hits on a 4+, not a 5+.
Also, the Mark of Khorne does not give +1 WS.

Your question is confusing...

An 'enemy with a WS attribute' is an enemy that has a number under 'WS' on their profile. As opposed to vehicles (aside from walkers) which don't.

Yeah, my questions do have a habit of being slightly hard to read which I apolagise for. ON the mark of khorne thing, I only lightly read though my chaos codex and as I don't play them, well, I'm just not good on wargear I don't use.
