Anyone know where to find a Chalice bit? I have the one from Space Hulk but it's HUGE -- too big for regular SM to hold. I thought Reaper might have something but I'm sure where to look.

A lot of people cut the hand off Corbulo - that's pretty pricey though. Some generic "dungeon accessories" sets might have them, but I can't for the life of me remember who makes those.

There is this ball thingy with a skull and paper bit in the Black Templars box set that I found in my bits box today that I am thinking about cutting in half, hallowing out and glueing it to the grenande hand with some sort of base to it that I haven't figured out yet. Another thought might be to use the undead drums for the misc fantacy command sprue and hallow out the heads and glue them to the genade hand again, though that may be a bit large. Just a thought.

Isn't that the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch bit?

Warhammer's Isabella von Carstein is holding a chalice.
It's pretty small and badly sculpted but I thought i'd link it just for the sake of completion.

Thanks Bullet... I actually just recently ordered some of those!

BTW - Don't go the LEGO route. I ordered some and they came today... they are HUGE. The will be good for Terrain and Vehicle type things I suppose though.

If you can't find any, you could always take an x-acto knife to some bits of leftover sprue. Shouldn't be that hard, right?

The Space Hulk chalice is HUGE also... nice, but too big.

Which sprue are you referring to anooci? ...or do you mean just to slice up / whittle sprue scraps into a chalice?

My first priest i was talking bout is here if you meant you want to see that, i need to get two more space hulk chalices to make my other 2 =/

he needs more touchup on his chest, did a pretty rough cut there cutting crap off the chalice peiceon the chest, i think it was death company markings i cant remember, and fill a gap on the chalice wrist, its a dc marines holding arm with the blood drop on it turned holding the chalice like that.

The chalice is rather large yea, but its not supposed to be a scale sized cup for drinking, its a symbolic relic thats meant to be seen, hence the size. (not to mention this one practically counts as a CCW compared to Corbulos wimpy chalice )

Overall i like how he is going to look, though he still needs a lot of cleanup. Also mabye some more blood droppy stuff, or mabye some glitter varnish lol.
