Hi all

How is Spawn Termagaunts works if Tervigon comes from reserves/outflank?
Can he spawn Termagaunts and when?

How is that? Reserves are arriving before movement of such model and they start their movement from table edge.

The tervigon has to move to enter the table so it can't spawn gaunts the turn it comes on.

It gets a movement phase (otherwise it could never join the battlefield) but it essentially forfeits its ability to spawn gaunts the turn it comes in.

To clarify;
The Tervigon can spawn gaunts in before it has moved in the movement phase.
Units arriving from reserve do so by moving onto the table from the controlling player's table edge.
So to arrive from reserve you must move, but to spawn you must do so before moving.
So you can't spawn a brood until you are on the table and before moving.
Sounds complicated, but it's really pretty simple.

Would be cool if you could spawn the gants within 6" of where the tervigon will come on...because then you see a small horde coming out of nowhere with its mother behind it.

But alas...it can't happen as the Tervigon wasn't on the table yet to spawn any.
