Ok heres my take on a balanced BA list:

So the overall plan is for the two librarians and the honour guard to jump in the redeemer, and form the tip of the spear, with the pred and vindi close behind, giving cover to rhino with tac combat squad, leaving ML behind. All rush forward, hopefully into cover. Assault squad DS and combat squads, with Sarg in one and flamer in the other. libbies and guard jump out and kill anything in sight, assault squad with flamer jump around acting as distraction, whilst sarg takes care of vehicles.

Bearing in mind we like to play WYSIWYG (cuts confusion to ribbons), and I have no funds for a Razorback, because trust me, I would take one.

I'm wondering are you a little thin on troops at the moment. With just 20 MEQ's in this bracket i'd say add another 5 man tact squad with a rhino to objective sit or to tie up something nasty for a turn or two.

I know everyone loves the vindicator pie and with it being a fast vehicle in the BA codex makes it more viable but i'd still say you'll only get off one shot and then you'd struggle for it to earn its points back with the one shot because it'll get shot down in T1/T2.

I'm a big fan of the assault marines but i prefer hand flamers over flamers due to being able to retain close combat attacks. And if you want to use them as distracting i'd add an infernus pistol to take anything heavy out.

I'm not a fan of librarians but thats just IMHO and so i won't comment on them because i know they can be effective, hell take SW rune priests , with JoTWW for example, very killy.

If i was you i'd swap out the vindicator for another tact squad in a rhino to objective sit or to run over to something you don't like. Sit in cover and pump out some shots each turn.

Obviously some of this is not due to your list being poor, but more to my personal preference so don't take it to heart and think i've ripping your list apart xD.

I would say swap out the vindi though, too much of a points sink for 1 S10 pie, 2 if your lucky. And if your unlucky and your opponent has first turn you might get no shots at all. At least with the tact squad if they shoot the rhino you'll hopefully still have a squad to show for it.

what phish said. you seem a bit thin on scoring units, and I'd even venture you're a tad heavy in the command units. I tend to spam as many marines as I can in my lists, but it could just be my irrational fear of battlecannons.

Thanks for comments, i was actually planning on being really cheesey and using the vindi how it is in the codex, without the Large blast, and just tank hunting But yes i see your point, methinks i will swap it out for a tac squad, got enough for another squad + rhino lol. I would have liked to put an infernus pistol/hand flamer in the assault squad but as already mentioned we like to play wysiwyg, so not possible atm.
Any ideas on what to put with new tac squad? same as before or more specialised, ie tank hunting?

If your struggling for wysiwyg, then just buy a death company/sanguinary guard box and mix the bits up with your normal marines, it also makes them look alot more bloodangely and you get the chapter banner for your honour guard and stuff so ye.

As for the list, in my opinion. Well to start off you have a terminator librarian with no termie squad to join, it seems a bit vulnerable by its self.

I agree that the fast vindi seems good in the bloodangels but its actually not much more playable than a normal one, especially in an assault based army where you want to be goign and hitting them close up, the scatter seems like too much of a risk.

The second tac squad I would give some longer range firepower, as you want it to sit back on a home objective to claim it, or to lay down some heavier fire in killponts from far away.

Then again thats only my opinion.
