hey dakka, if i have a squadron of sentinels does that make it worth 3 kill points for the enemy or just 1, and does squad coherency apply with tank/Valkyrie squads?

i cant really find the exact answer in the rulebook :S

A squadron is one kill point.

Vehicles must maintein coherency - 4" instead of the 2" for other units.

Don't have it to hand, but both these questions are clearly in the rulebook, under vehicle squadrons and the rules for annihilation missions.

This is correct. That's right; destroying a 3 leman russ battle tank squadron is the same killpoint value as 1 ork wartrukk. KILL POINTS ROCK!

also another question, if i have a squad of 2 sentinels can i deploy it as two separate sentinels in the case of a non kill point game?
