Could a army made of Thousand sons with a unit of khorne berzerkers work out fluff wise? Berzerkers dont always have to hate psykers do they?

In the old fluff? No. Khorne hates Tzeentch almost as much as he hates Slaanesh. Slaves to Darkness laid out how violently the followers of Khorne react to sorcery/magic...

In the new fluff? Of course you can!!! Chaos is now all just one big happy family...

I would only do it fluff-wise if it were a Black Legion army and were run as Chaos Undivided. Then again, I'd change a lot of things about Chaos.

In the current fluff, Tzeentch/followers could always barter temporary alliances as long as it fulfils their goals in the end. Who is to say that followers of Khorne are not part of a grand scheme of Tzeentch (he is the schemer after all and has been known to manipulate the other chaos gods. Read the Chaos Daemons story in the current Rule book). In the 3.5 dex, it was said that Tzeentch always brokered the alliances. It can also be said that Khorne, more or less, hates nearly everyone.

Yeah, the whole "Hates Sorcerers" simply means that instead of tearing them apart he tortures their souls for all eternity by causing them to labour in his forges, forging magical weapons.
