I assume when you take the psychic test for using the force weapon you nominate the model you wish to ID?

Just confirming really as there seems to be nothing to say who chooses.

It merely says "the psyker may then take a psychic test to use the weapons power against one opponent that suffered an unsaved wound by the weapon in that player turn."

Yes, the owning player would choose which model they wish to target with the psychic power.

Well you do and you don't get to choose. You can choose where your attacks are going (i.e Independent Characters), You don't get to allocate the wounds if you attack a unit (i.e. Ork Nob with a PK in a mob of boyz), You can choose which unsaved wound to take the Force Weapon test on (i.e. Ork Nob squad using wounds allocation you get a wound on a PK nob and normal Nob you can pick)

I knew you couldn't allocate the initial wounds but after the saves I can decide which wound to use the power on!
