i keep seeing these storm ravens for the blood angles armies, they look like flying land raiders. what exactly is going on with this model? i havent had a chance to see a blood angles codex. is this thing basicly a flying land raider?

No body knows...there's no damn picture of it.
And the only 'hint' (if it even is one) is the picture on like the 3-4th page of the SW codex...

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

Well they have the armour value of a dread IIRC, so they're not flying Land-Raiders. I'd say they're a mix between Landraider, Thunderhawk and Valkyrie but as Sanctjud said, there's no pictures so it's completely up to the owning player.

One thing I know is that I don't like the feckers. Fluff or Game but that's another story...

"As I recall, your face was tortured. Imagine that - the Master of the Wolves, his ferocity twisted into grief. And yet you still carried out your duty. You always did what was asked of you. So loyal. So tenacious. Truly you were the attack dog of the Emperor. You took no pleasure in what you did. I knew that then, and I know it now. But all things change, my brother. I'm not the same as I was, and you're... well, let us not mention where you are now."

can you load it with say 5 termies and move them 12 inches ignoring terrain and charge out?

Only Jump Infantry have the ability to use the assault ramp, I believe.

There is no picture. Curiously enough there's not even art in the codex. One of the sillier theories is that GW is waiting to see if anybody makes a good conversion, and then base it off that. While I doubt that's true in any way, shape, or form, it's an entertaining idea. There are hints in the fluff of it being used by the Grey Knights though, so there's a possibility of it coming out when they get a new codex.
