OK, i understand that when an ordannce/blast shot scatters so the middle "dot" is off the target, the shot counts as half strength.

But what about Strength D weapons? What is half "D" strength? (queue people saying "B"). This is probably in the Apoc book but mine seems to have gone walking.

depending on how you cut it it can also look sortof like a backwards lowercase you or an I or a close parenthesis )

Just curious as I was never good with base 16 counting systems, but how does 13/2 equal 13.8?

It equals 6.8 in Hex, as ".8" in hex is ".5" in dec

Because 0.1 in Hex is actually 0.0625 in Dec.

Interesting Trivia: Hexadecimal actually is from two Languages. Hex- is the Greek for "six" and -decimal is the Latin for "tenth". The fully Latin name would be Sexadecimal, which was rejected as people kept shortening it to Sex, while the Greek would be Hexadecadic, which just looks silly.
