For the few who are interested, a new DLC campaign and multiplayer mode are coming tomorrow. Free for the PC, 560 points for 360 users.
"The first game add-on for Left 4 Dead 2 brings the original Left 4 Dead (L4D1) Survivors down south for a meeting with the L4D2 cast, while delivering new single-player, multiplayer and co-operative gameplay for the PC and Xbox 360."

People are like dice, a certain Frenchman said that. You throw yourself in the direction of your own choosing. People are free because they can do that. Everyone's circumstances are different, but no matter how small the choice, at the very least, you can throw yourself. It's not chance or fate. It's the choice you made. |

I enjoyed that it was at least free. The new weapon is pretty nice (although I have to say whoop-de-doo for the new melee, functions exactly the same as every other melee weapon out there) and I really like that they added in the Infected Survivor. I was kind of disappointed in the crescendo/finale though; the crescendo was just a pain, and the finale was...eh, so-so. I liked having the other three people helping out, but other than that it was basically just a watered down version of the Dead Center finale.
Ah well, like I said, glad I'm a PC gamer and get it for free. Hopefully the next one will be better (Which, given all the hints Valve is dropping, will be the Midnight Riders)

It's kinda fun. It's pretty funny to open a footlocker with infinite Adrenaline when you're at low health, then you can overdose until you get full temporary health. Infinite Pipe Bombs is pretty funny too if you can get the whole party to cooperate and spam Pipe Bombs, gets noisy fast.
Whenever I get to the bridge I give Louis pills.
The crescendo event can be a pain in the ass if someone runs off and gets mobbed by special infected. If everyone stays together than it's too easy. The game should spawn like 3 tanks near the end so fighting them is actually a challenge (more than just luring them into the other survivors).

It's a shame that Bill had to die, though. I was sad when I saw his body in-game
Me and my two friends, who both got the game only recently, have a lot of trouble on the finale. It's a pain in the ass when everybody just goes off in four directions, and everybody dies. Actually managed to get from 8 to 11 cans on my own (the other 3 invincible shooters helped immensely in pulling specials off me, and I'm not half-bad at taking them out before they get me) but eventually got smoked through a horde and died.
It is hilarious to not fire a single shot at the tank, though. Managed to get the achievement because 3 team mates died, and I just kited him into the other 3 survivors.
Edit: Seriously, why do they have so much firepower? I swear, those three survivors took it down faster than a full team of four ever did in my experience...

I rather liked how they made multiple pathways through parts of the first and second levels, I really hope they do that with L4D3 when that comes out, or for more maps in L4D2.
I had to pay for it, though.... damn M$
