Below are two list's i wrote for people i know (one is new but knows most things and the other hasn't played for 4 years) their main concern is to have fun while still being able to win some games, our local store isn't very big on competative lists so a few tactical downsides to a list won't be too much of a problem. Input would be appreciated, thank you in advance.
List 1: Iyanden themed list.

General idea. FS joins the WG to fortune them and MW anything with a powerfist. Yriel joins this unit but can detach closer to the enemy if needs be and if there is a juicy eye or wrath target. The WG march up the board with a fortunes 3+armor and 5+cover and T6 hopefully shrugging off most damage with the WL's advancing to deal with enemy armor at range, the sword weilding WL will be able to add some extra hitty in combat aswell. As for the Guardian squad, they will sit on a home objective or advance to one somewhere out of the way and hope nothing targets them. The bikes will be able to move quickly up the flanks and either flame infantry or spear a vehicle, if they are alive at the end of the game they can contest/claim objectives out of the WG's reach.

General idea. FS and locks with fortune and guide, all with spears can go tank hunting and can even do well in combat against most things. SG ride around shooting at tanks waiting to place 3 templates down on light infantry, or if there is none, gang up and place 6 templates down on heavy infantry and multicharge in the vain hope of killing something with the philosophy of "i have so many attacks, i can't loose" The normal guardians will hold home objectives and lend fire support, the WL will either be a deterrent to anything wanting to crush the guardians or as a "second wave" if he is needed. As for the vypers, moving flat out and trying to set up side/rear arc shots on vehicles or harrasing infantry (i find they make a very good, if short-lived, distraction or objective contester)
