As is often my opening comment - I heartily endorse checking out my
DE Tactica in the Articles section (link is in the sig) which will discuss a lot of basic things like common equipment loadouts for various squads and the like.
Now, onto the list;

I'm not sure what I'm looking at here. Did you buy any weapons at all for the Dracon? They actually come 'naked' as it were, and you should really do something with them. If you did do something I can't comment upon it until that information is provided.
What do you see as the purpose of 30
Str 3 non power weapon attacks on the charge? What do you think these Wyches will be good at killing? Pretty much anything I can think of that this Wych squad would be optimal against is made somewhat meaningless considering the number of Disentegrators in your list. Are they for horde control? Are they meant to stop elite combat units? I think you're burning a lot of unneeded points there. At the very least I recommend buying the Wyches Blasters/Shredders unless you're panning to use them only as a speedbump unit - and if you're using them as a speedbump then you should save points and only buy 5.
Warrior x 5
Dark lance
Raider
Disintergrator
I usually don't bother with Dissies on Raiders, but this is a perfectly functional unit and will provide you with mobility, anti-horde and anti-mech in one affordable package.
Warrior x 5
Dark Lance
Raider
3 of each flavor of Troop Raider, eh? Okay. I will caution that since you have no Blasters in the army you are banking on 12 Dark Lances to handle all your mech wrecking needs. I think this is a bold plan and suspect you'll suffer vs. mech heavy armies. Your list is obviously more optimized to deal with footsloggers then it is mech - this could be a potent Achilles' Heel for you .
Jet bike x 3 75
Shredder 15
Considering the amount of Dissies you're fielding I am curious why you feel the need to put in even more anti-horde tech into your list. In the most general sense this isn't a bad unit to field, but when taken as a whole I do not think it is helping your army be well rounded.
Jet bike x 3 75
Please explain the purpose of this unit - this is simply 75 points you're throwing away to buy 3 splinter rifles, whoop-
de-freakin'-do. This unit won't be able to kill much of anything and their biggest threat will be to maybe threaten a Devestator squad or something via assault...maybe (I'd probably put even money on the Devestators to win that fight). These points could easily be put to better use elsewhere.
Ravager 105
Disintegrator x 3
horrorfex
My biggest issue with your Ravagers is the Horrorfex. The range on the H.Fex is 18"...why will your Ravager be 18" away from an enemy unit? Certainly you're not moving them forward, which means your only threats should be outflankers or deep strikers. Deepstrikers are obviously better targeted with the Dissies on full power, which leaves even less optimal targets for them, the 3 lance Ravager should always be firing at mech threats/
MCs, so you wouldn't want to bother with it and...eh, I'm sure my standpoint is clear by this stage. I really do not think this is a valid use of your points.
The individual Ravager loadouts is fine, though if you want so many Dissies on Raiders you might want to contemplate another Ravager as a triple Lance. In general I feel Lances tend to be optimal as single shots, and Dissies benefit from firing in groups so I tend to prefer Dissies on Ravagers and Lances on Raiders, but that's a personal call for you to make.
