Well first off your list are illegal even at that low point level you should have some kinda of HQ for your Necrons. Two units of warriors is fine but I would of choose something else instead of destroyers...

JK that is a awesome idea, when I was a kid we created rules for our G.I. Joes and played like that. My son's 5 now working up as a wargamer now, but can't wait till he gets a bit older

Very cool - my 4 yr old and 3 yr old like playing with 'daddy's monsters' right now, but that generally means space marines and nids playing in a doll house.
