so im looking for the best website in the states that has the best deal of minitures for 40k

google search miniature market. They order over the phone, and you can download a spreadsheet order form. Best prices hands down. I don't know why people here insist on recommending "the war store" they are expensive as hell.

For the US, it is without a doubt The WarStore (so I have heard).

If you actually like ordering on the interwebs though, look up Maelstrom Games. They are a UK based company with FREE worldwide shipping and 10% or more off retail cost.

Bit Kingdom is the cheapest I've come across. Cheaper than either Maelstrom or Miniature Market.

Warstore, thebrokenforge.com (25% off!), chaosorc... there are a few others but these are the ones I've used. Oh and Maelstrom but it took forever to get what I needed (1 month after the order was placed and my card billed).

for the UK wayland games is fantastic in my experience- i believe they do deliver to the US too

The reason being Warstore is good is because it is 20% off retail for GW minis. The problem is you have to call to place an order for GW stuff. The bits are a little more expensive but overall arent too bad.

That and if you live in New York state (like me) you get slapped with sales tax, which means you really only save 12%. I have a supplier than can get me 30% off, and there is also a seller on ebay the puts up NoS stuff all the time that I can sometimes get for 50% off retail. You still have those people who will pay up to 90% of GW US retail cost for stuff, you can tell they haven't done their research.

You can also try Caliver Books from the UK. They have good prices, and free shipping on orders of over 75US $ or so.

superherogameland is the cheapest at 30% off. Warstore is super fast and reliable.

If you don't want brand new, and can work with someone elses ideas, the Dakka Swap Shop/Bartertown/etc can be your friend..

warhammerdirect.com is one I would stay away from.
Ill not smash them hard here other then to say that the transaction was not good.

Miniature Market is a good place. They're my FLGS and are a bunch of stand up guys.
