Well you have a lot of points all over the place. The whole thing needs a bit of a tidy up really:

Drop regen off the tyrant, as well as adrenal glands. He doesn't really need either.

Drop regeneration off the mawloc.

Are you sure the warriors need adrenal glands?

If you drop these things I'm pretty sure you can fit in another zoanthrope in here and possibly a tyrant guard (which then gives your tyrant a cover save if you are in cover).
