I cannot find the members screen name, but I have his information. In February I saw a thread here about trading grey Knights in power armor for imperial guard turrets. The thread said not to PM him but only to email(this gave me a bad feeling) I contacted him and set up a trade or 6 Grey knights in power armor and 2 third edition space marine Rhinos for a used leman russ demolisher and a second demolisher turret. He said that when he gets my package he would send his (this should have been a big red flag). After he received my half of the trade I never got my package, so I contacted him and he said he would look into it. After another week of no response I asked him what had happened. He replied to say the post office had no idea what he was talking about, so after I asked to send my half back he offered to send me other Guard tank turrets he had. I accepted, but after a month of not getting anything I told him to reimburse me or I would report him. He never did, so if you trade with this man, be ready to be stolen from (I am even more wary of people on wall street now)

I have performed a trade with the user InquisitorFabius, a total of 3 months has passed and he has been giving excuses and reasons behind why said package he had sent hadnt arrived first he claimed it was returned beaten up, secondly he claimed that it had gone missing in transit and would send out another since recieving the final private message saying he would send out another he has not responded to my private message and I would like some assistance on how i would go about reporting this user to the USPS for Mail Fraud.
The deal was i give him 5x Grey Knight Terminators + 2x PaGK for his Ork Metal Dreadnaught and to this date i have no recieved it.
Commenced date of trade: 11/11/09

Any assistance would be helpful as of right now, try avoid any dealings with this user.

Great just sent a package to this guy myself and was kinda iffy once i saw it going to a daycare center in Mo. wish i had checked him out earlier.hope i get my stuff although i can get him on mail fraud if it comes to that.glad i got delivery conformation on it as well.


(update) I'm dealing with a different rob malcom he uses the screen name in the post below.just got in contact with me after the user below me saw this post said it is not him.

(UPDATE:3/25/11) Have successfully completed a trade with mobirds4all/rob malcom. came on time as promised.

his forum name is mobirds4all and i almost just sent him 1300 bucks worth of orks but saw this and was like no no no defiantly no.

I think this is really of a case of someone who's just gotten too busy, and a bit of bad luck, to be trading right now.

I was in the middle of a trade, his Eldar for some necrons and nids. He sent his Eldar first, they got lost in the mail (the Eldar). He sent the stuff back. He does take a awhile to get back to people, but some people aren't as up on the corespondance. I even called him personally at one point in time and after talking to him in person I could tell that He's just got horrid correspondance skills and likely a bit too busy with normal life to be doing this (trading heavily online).

Sometimes life gets in the way, but give the guy time; from the steady messages we've been shooting back and forth I think the guy's just too busy. I mean, I don't personally know this guy, but I've been on the wrong end of some pretty sour trades before (got ripped for $300 or so, one of my first big trades, taught me a lot) and I just don't think this is one of them.

I simply don't think he's trying to scam anyone because the Eldar got lost and he still sent my Necrons back, if it was a scam I don't think I would've ever seen anything returned.
