This list is made specifically to deal with a dwarven army at 1800 points, the game is for a Mighty Empires league, I will be receiving double points for banners, and quarters, he is going to have an unlimited number of Hero, and Lord Slots, but he still has to field the required core. I am expecting the Anvil, and Bugmen, along with a few war machines. .

Do you think this list will work against that opponent? Please list any fixes you think will work. . .

1) If he tries to use a few huge units Death-star style, I will just avoid him and try to burn them with the lore of metal, while grabbing the quarters.
2) If he tries to use a lot of war-machines I can use my speed to charge them and crush them first.
3) I also brought the Pendant of Vengeance for the anvil.
4) P.S. Everything in the army except the Eagles is unit size 5+. . .

Of your 11 units, only 5 are fast (Ellyrian Reavers, Dragon Princes and Great Eagles). Tiranoc Chariots are pretty fast on the charge as well, but in closing towards a gunline, they will only be moving 9", which is even less than your Phoenix Guard are capable of.

I think the Chariots are not a very good choice. Dwarves have a lot of Warmachines, of which most can wreck a Chariot in a single shot due to S7 or higher.

With the points saved, I'd up the number of the Phoenix Guard unit with the Banner of Sorcery and Skeinsliver, as it doesn't take that much shooting to take down a 10 man Phoenix Guard unit (and your Characters with it).

I'd probably replace the second Phoenix Guard unit with another unit of Dragon Princes. They are a lot faster, which is definately going to help you against a Dwarf gunline. They are good flanking units (to break those Dwarf infantry blocks) too.

Can chariots not march? This must be the case, based on your comments, but I wasn't aware of that... I'll have to check my rulebook. If so, that's good to know!

Sure can't. They can move their movement value and they can charge, that's it. But they can move any direction, in any way around things, etc. If the rumors of Heavy Cav not being able to march in 8th edition are true, I see two Cold One Chariots replacing my Knights.

The main criticism I have of this list is that you can't really dish out much damage outside of magic. Even the warmachine crew will give your Reavers a tough time.

As a suggestion, I would drop the Chariots (REALLY vulnerable to Dwarf Warmachines) and move them onto elven steeds. If you can find a way to drop a Mage for a Reaver Bow Noble, you could probably do some decent damage in the Shooting Phase without a significant hit to your Magic Phase. Would ideally still work in the Pendant of Vengeance, though.
