I want my final all-round list to look like this, just need 3 more russ.

HQ: CCS w/missile launcher, power fist

80 pts

Troops: 2* naked PC (just for orders)

60 pts

First Platoon:
4* infantry squad 3 flamers, 1 melta

225 pts

Second Platoon:
3* infantry squad 3 flamers

165 pts

HWS w/ 3 LCs

105 pts

Elites: 4 ogryn
Chimeria w/ ML, HB

225 pts

Heavy Support: 3 LRMBT w/ LCs 495pts
2 LRD w/ LCs 360 pts
1 LRP w/ pask, LC and PCs 285 (like how i can nearly field 2 MBT for this )

= 2000 pts on the dot.

The 3 basic russ are at the back taking out infantry and armor as i see fit with the CCS givin 'bring it down' to HWS. Massed lasgun (orders) and flamers can handle most infantry and are backed by LRDs to break lines and tackle anything big, mobile ogryns are needed if im assulted early. I just like the punisher, though extremly expensive. Its the anti-personal weapon that can kill anything .

I would suggest removing the Lascannon and P.Cannons on Pask's Leman Russ, since you're paying for an anti-horde tank but slapping on anti-tank and anti-heavy infantry just bloats the cost and reduces the effectiveness of the tank.

I would avoid having a squadron of three expensive Leman Russes, immobilized causes the vehicles to be destroyed and that's 165pts down the drain, two is the best number in my experience with russes.

On the CCS, lose the power fist, if the comand squad gets charged by pretty much anything, it's dead. One STR 6 hit at I1 won't do you any favours.

I'd also recommend on getting Creed as your company commander, since you have a lot of squads, and not enough orders for what you want to do (2 from the company commander and 2 from the two platoon commanders).

Replace the single meltagun with another flamer, that single BS3 meltashot will be very situational by itself.

I'm unsure what you want to do with Ogryns however, a small squad in a chimera makes a very poor and pricy assault unit, and as a countercharge unit they don't really need a chimera. Give the chimera to the company command squad, and/or replace the ogryns with rough riders.

OK, your infantry platoons would be more useful with more equipment, pask punisher and ogryns are very sub-standard choices.

Infantry: voxes in every command squad, and 1 in each infantry blob, are a good buy. With the platoons, give each blob either PWs on all the sergeants, and a commissar w/PW; or give each squad a HWT and a long-ranged special weapon. With the PCS, give them 3 cheap specials, or 1 HWT. This will allow your infantry to actually kill things.

Drop the ogryns to make points. Massed guardsmen with commissars and PWs make much better assault units.

Punisher: either get 1 battle tank (demolisher or vanilla LR) and a hellhound/valkyrie, or get an executioner with plasma sponsons. The current setup is confused and inefficient.

I thought fists got all the commanders attacks?

ill try special weapons in the CCS with a chemiera for the BS4 (meltas) and give the missle to infantry as well as autocannons.
