Land Raiders can carry any troops at all.

and you might review the rules on dedicated transports as they can cary any unit they just cant start embarked.

For the sake of pedantism I should point out that technically Land Raiders cannot transport any troops. Off the top of my head, they can't transport Arco Flagellants or Sisters Repentia.
