Luthor Huss has in his rules a special rule called:
Fiery Demagogue
It isn't explained anywhere in the empire book or in the main rulebook
Anyone know what it is?

It was a rule from Huss in his old Empire book, that they never removed. I think it's covered by other rules he has now (The Warrior Priest spells?), but I'm pretty sure it's irrelevant for the game now.

Check the FAQ. On pg. 74, replace his whole list of rules with "Chosen of Sigmar".
