Hi guys do any of you dakkas out there know how to paint a SM metal assault marine in black or a techmarine(metal) in blue?

Blue, iceblue highlight.
Black, codex grey + bleached bone/skull white highlight.

for blue i normally undercoat in black spray paint. i then cover the bits needed blue in regal blue. i might do a few layers of this. i would probably then drybrush in ultramarine blue, and highlighting with a mix of either regal blue/ultra blue with white. i then wash with watered down regal blue. with black i just keep the black undercoat, and then highlighting with codex grey. although most black bits i have done are black metal so i drybrush over with metal colours which sort of highlights at the same time
