MI-13 Starter Set

This 23 piece pack contains 7 complete models: 2x Gut-Gunner, 1x Grenadier, 1x Paddy Mayne, 2x Commando, and 1x Corporal. Paddy’s head is fixed but for the 6 remaining models, we have included 3 gas mask heads with berets, 3 gas mask heads with knit cap, and 3 corporal heads with knit cap, all on sprues. Also included are 7 30mm bases. The Corporal uses the same torso as the basic commando with EM-2 assault rifle.
£25.00

Commandos & Corporal

MI-13 Commandos are deadly weapons. They aren’t walking tanks like the APEs of the Lucky Seventh but they are steely-eyed veterans who have stared the devil in the face and come back to talk about it. They are armed with a variety of anti-zombie weapons and utilize speed and surprise to win the day.

Pack contents: 2 MI-13 Commandos and 1 MI-13 Commando Corporal and 3 30mm resin bases.
£10.00

Gut-Gunners

Some of the lads prefer to carry a Corrigan Gut Gun, especially in the claustrophobic confines of Gibraltar. The Gut Gun is a large bore shotgun that can take down an elephant or a Panzeraffe with one round. Many have found that this excellent beast of a weapon is the only way to make sure a zombie stays down for good!

Pack contains 2 white metal Gut-Gunners and 2 30mm resin bases.
£6.25

Grenadier

MI-13 is one of the few services who have been issued newly developed white phosphorus rounds for their PIAT-D RPGs. These incendiary rounds have many and varied uses but really do a job on the undead. Zombies and white phosphorus don’t mix.

Pack contains one white metal model with extra heads and one 30mm base.
£5.00

Paddy Mayne

Colonel Paddy Mayne is the most decorated Commonwealth soldier in the war. This former rugby star turned warrior led SAS teams in bold raids that inflicted tremendous damage on enemy assets in the early war. After a series of successful actions in France and the Low Countries which stunned his superiors as much as the enemy, he was inducted into MI-13. Paddy Mayne, it is said, is a man without fear.

Pack contains 1 white metal Paddy and a 30mm base.
£6.00

MOST excellent.

Those gasmask/beret heads are better than the old para gasmask/beret ones. The models have a very 60s Dr Who UNIT feel to them which I like a lot. Y'know I think I've just been sold on this game. What do you need to play? How many models a side?

BTW: Paddy Mayne looks like flint from GI Joe.

The size is more "regular" 28mm, not grossly exaggerated 'heroic scale 28mm' that GW uses.

They'll look small next to 40K stuff.

But, who cares?

Incursion/Secrets of the Third Reich are awesome games on their own!

Yes and no.

The models are for a subgame of "Secrets of the Third Reich" called "Incursion".

Incursion is sorta like "Space Hulk" to briefly describe it. It's all about tight corridors, overlapping fields of fire, and helplessly outclassed "Good Guys" versus swarms of super powerful baddies.

However:
West Wind has gone out of their way to include rules for the Incursion units in the expansion for the main game.

I want to know what Gracie gonna look like but I have yet to be disapointed by any of Grindhouse' minis.

Check out my gallery here
Also I've started taking photos to use as reference for weathering which can be found here. Please send me your photos so they can be found all in one place!!

The MI-13 are produced by Grindhouse Games for our boardgame Incursion:

www.incursiongame.com

The Incursion board game plays with a handful of minis on each side, but the boardgame comes with high quality full color cardstock standups that you can use to enjoy the game immediately without waiting to fill out your mini collection.

Incursion is available at The Warstore, and Alliance Games Distributors has picked it up so any US FLGS can easily get it in, or, of course, direct from Grindhouse through our webstore. In the UK/Europe, West Wind serves as our distributor.

Grindhouse are partners with West Wind on the platoon scale Weird WW2 miniatures game Secrets of the Third Reich. For that game, a minis are produced by West Wind, the rules were developed by Grindhouse. As we are the rules developers for that game, we were able to include cross-over rules for all Incursion units in the Secrets of the Third Reich supplement DoomsDay, released last winter. Secrets is a little harder to find, but FRPGames in the US and West Wind itself in Europe are the best bets.

A little confusing, I know, but basically Incursion = Grindhouse, Secrets of the Third Reich = Grindhouse / West Wind.

Both games share the same cool setting, a wild, weird and dark 1949 that never was...
