I've been running a 1750 Bike list, 2 units of maxxed out Warbikes w/Nob and BP as well as 3 Trukks full of boyz Nob PK/BP, Warboss on Bike (CB, AS, BP), Wazzdakka and 6 Nobs (Bikes, 1 PK, Painboy, BP) and it's been working wonders. Now, it's time to up the ante.

Now, I'm kinda keeping it fluffy at the same time. I could add Kanz or Deffdreadz or Meganobz or 30 strong mobs of Sluggas whatever. But the idea behind this is I have everything on wheels, so think about that if you have suggestions.

In that vein, I can add just about anything. I have another 12 strong mob of bikes I can add (more if I have time to build) that I could replace the looted wagons with.

What do you guys think?

Ok, as much as I dont like the use of the nob biker deathstar... I like this list. The boomwagons save the coolness factor for you. I would try and do something with the deffcoptas because thats 3 KP's for 3 easy to kill models. Either put them in the same squad or try and get 3 TL rokkits from another source. Other than that, sweetness, follow up with some info on how it plays.

I see a stray boomgun round landing on the bikers in your future

I'm not a big fan of the Biker Deathstar...but it's 'Ard Boyz. May as well, and I have the FW Bikers and Warboss so it's more about representing with nice models. The rest will be grey I like the way Deffkoptaz work as separate units, so in this case I'm willing to give up the KPs.

Looted Wagons! Love em. Especially as I know I'm looking at at least 75% MEQ. The trick is to shoot them AWAY from my bikes and estimate distances correctly. I'm willing to risk a few bikes if it means I'm getting a lot of other models under the template. One of the armies I'm going to be facing...is my own. A friend is borrowing Boyz to do a Horde List. I'm also going to be looking at Nids, so templates come in handy there as well.

I agree whole heartedly with this. I also really like the looted wagon idea, I have toyed around with that for my Orks but I just can't get behind my Orks enough to play them religiously like I did with my Salamanders, Wolves, CSMs, and Tau. Let us know how this works out!
