Hello, tried to create a roster with lovely metal boxes for my custom SM chapter. I'm new, so please help me.

Guys, just one word - is it really horrible or not?

Why are you taking the Inquisitor Lord? Since you're putting a bunch of points in him and his guys.

Well, Space Marines do not need support from Ordo Malleus or Heretics.

I'd take two full Tactical squads mounted in Razorbacks.
The rest (Captain, Dread, Dev's) looks quite good.
However, I'd replace the LC in the Dev unit by a ML.

Drop the devastators for two Dreads with AC/AC or AC/PC.

Drop the normal dread and instead take an ironclad, swap out the storm bolter for a heavy flamer.

Consider going down to running scouts instead of tactical squads so you can have more troops.

At 1000 points I'd suggest putting alot fewer points in your HQ slot, you could replace your "Inquisitor" lord with a land raider or some terminators or some more troops or alot of other things.

I too wonder why you're bothering with an Inquisitor Lord? It doesn't seem to add anything you couldn't do more easily with a Space Marine HQ.

In any event, if you like the setup you have now, the good for you, but Loose the power armour and Storm Bolter. An Inquisitor Lord and retinue have no place in close combat - keep them out of the way and use the servitors and psychic powers.

Honestly though? Loose the Inquisitor entirely.

Inquisition was taken for psychic hood, ""witch hammer"" and beautiful dakka servitors. Inq Lord - just for Iron Will. And at least i just haven't much model, so converting WH is my, um, hobby.

May be change InqLord for simple Inq with carapace (or no armor at all), hood, NO psyke-abilities - it reduce the cost for little. Or throw him away

In future i plan add one more shooty Dread. I think it will work fine with one MM+HF guy on Drop pod

Removing LC from dev - i thing antitank will be reduced too much. But, may be change RB turret for LC+PG...

How can i repair a leak of Troops? Add one more Combat squad in RB? May be it's stupid, but i want to collect full mobile army without LR and termi.

Well, in competitive list, I'd consider a Librarian with null zone.
He comes with a psychic hood for free and fits much better than an Inquisitor.
